His primary responsibility is to implement and promote scholarship, academic recruiting, collaborative students, practical training and remote working methods at Dubai Police. He also manages initiatives to attract talented minds while building a continuous learning system for Dubai Police workers, as well as gaining leadership in existing initiatives and projects in integrated digital transformation of specialist systems and future roles to improve the work pattern in human resources, particularly in the numerous operations in the organisation, mainly the HR departments at Dubai Police in general.
