With a career spanning over 27 years, Mr. Arab is widely recognized as a distinguished national competency, having held numerous executive leadership positions and board memberships in the banking, insurance, and aviation sectors, consistently delivering tangible achievements. Mr. Arab holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from California State University, in addition to completing specialized training programs in various areas, such as leadership, strategy, economics, and operations.
Under Mr. Arab’s strategic leadership, DHAMAN has achieved several milestones, contributing to the continued progress and development of the company as the leading provider of high-quality integrated health services in line with its being one of the most important health elements in the National Development Plan (New Kuwait 2035). DHAMAN is the first Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) healthcare organization in the Middle East and the first company in the Middle East to provide its services through Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) model.
