Lieutenant-Colonel Dr Mansour Hassan Alblooshi is the Director of Scholarships and Recruitment at the Dubai Police General Command. His primary responsibility is to implement and promote scholarship, academic recruiting, collaborative students, practical training and remote working methods at Dubai Police. He also manages initiatives to attract talented minds while building a continuous learning system for Dubai Police workers, as well as gaining leadership in existing initiatives and projects in integrated digital transformation of specialist systems and future roles to improve the work pattern in human resources, particularly in the numerous operations in the organisation, mainly the HR departments at Dubai Police in general. Dr Mansour Alblooshi manages and implements modern programs, such as EFAAD and HR operation LAB using SAS analytics, Tableau and Oracle, which support data analysis in HR, utilising machine learning and decision support systems, which are used to make informed decision-making,timely problem solving, and improved efficiency in dealing with issues or operations, planning and risk managegment for the future
