An architect by education and a highly accomplished C-suite Executive and Real Estate Development professional by experience, with a diverse yet synergized expertise forged through a thriving 30-year career during which he has undertaken several senior executive top management positions within the realm of real estate development and investment, operations, master planning/design, and construction of mega-developments.

His diverse skillset includes numerous executive and leadership roles with reputable organizations, such as his current role as the CEO of REDCON PROPERTIES in Egypt (formerly ROCC), his previous role as the Senior General Manager and COO of Alfuttaim Real Estate AFGRE Egypt, his CEO role of Alargan Towell Investment ATI in Oman, his Senior Development Director role with Emaar Egypt, and his construction PM/technical role with Contrack Intl., a subsidiary of Orascom conglomerate OCI amongst several others.

Besides being an individual with unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character, he is an agile transformational leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and with, a strong proven track record, and an ageless drive for more achievements. Throughout his career, he has led diverse and multicultural teams of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity to deliver the required results by instituting governance, responsibility, integrity, and accountability. In addition, he is a strong believer in teamwork, cross-cultural awareness, organization astuteness and inclusivity. He successfully achieves this by creating synergies and collaborations and by building alliances and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

His blended leadership and technical acumen in real estate development, construction, and operations has enabled him to work with local and international entities, gaining extensive experience in managing and delivering multiple concurrent multi million dollars mega projects across different asset classes. This included in addition to developing and implementing successful real estate development strategies, dealing with government and financial entities, overseeing the design and master planning and feasibilities, applying digital and sustainability transformations, and oversight of projects’ construction and operations.
