It helped us unlock many opportunities in a short amount of time and grow our portfolio of ventures. In parallel, we started investing in the ICT sector. We identified related challenges within our market and saw opportunities to upgrade the existing infrastructure, which will promote technological progress and sustainable growth. In 2008, we consolidated our growing portfolio of businesses under Resource Group and started to incubate technology start-ups under the same umbrella. Today, Resource Group portfolio continues to evolve to cater to the growing demand of sustainable technological solutions in line with digital transformation. It has certainly been a long and fruitful journey. It is about taking calculated risks when you see opportunities and trusting your instincts. What is Resource Group’s ethos? What do you attribute this to? The award reflects our team’s continuous efforts to develop new technologies that support the digital transformation in Lebanon. Mostly, we are proud to be contributing to the economic growth of our country which affects our lives, and the lives of future generations. We are not the only company specialized in new technologies in Lebanon. But with more than 20 offices in the Middle East and Africa and over 2,000 employees, we are one of the established regional groups in this field today. In addition, we have developed tangible expertise and carried out successful deployments of several major projects on a national scale over the years. This recognition is also a testament to our ability to develop our own technologies, instead of being limited to importing and adapting systems.
