He has been in the banking industry for more than 37 years during which he assumed senior positions in Citibank Amman between1978-1989 and served as the General Manager of Cairo Amman Bank between1989-2004. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. Mr. Al-Mufti also serves on the board of directors of several companies including: Board Member, Zara Investment (Holding) Co. Board Member, Palestine Development and Investment Co. (PADICO) Board Member, Middle East Insurance Co.
