It may not be as old as its competitors in the region, but the know-how from where its originated is being transferred and reflected on all service delivery. Still, it is a challenging market that is why when Maher took over in the last quarter of 2014, he works tirelessly to build teams and achieve results in challenging dramatic markets where misconception of the service industry, staff retention, and a lack of clients understanding of the industry shadows these markets. He also works to create a service industry culture of intention and knowledge across a company that currently has 1,500 employees but not on a standstill, as it continues to grow. www.dussmann.ae
