By profession Master Mariner sailed on board oil and Chemical Tankers for 11 Years later headed up Shipping Companies operation and commercial teams, and also co-lead the companies trading department. In the year 2003, he had set up Etihad Engineering & Marine Services Fzc, followed by Etihad Shipping L L C in 2005. Later, in 2011, he had set up Oil Terminal at Hamriyah Free Zone Sharjah, presently company Ship Owning, Chartering, Management Company Presently company Own fleet of 14 ships Oil and chemical Tankers, which are trading worldwide with a particular focus on the middle East, Africa, & Indian markets. He therefore has an in depth knowledge of the shipping, Trading and offshore sectors. With over 25 years’ experience in shipping, Oil Trading and Offshore, he has participated and/or chaired numerous seminars and conferences internationally. Our fleet consists of stainless steel and coated tonnage ranging up to 32,000 dwt. Around 14 vessels are owned and fully managed by Etihad Shipping. The main focus of the company now is to acquire more tankers and provide economic pool management services to the tanker owners.
