(Eng.) has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Componenta Corporation since November 16, 2015. Mr. Suutari served as Vice President of Wiring Harnesses at PKC Group Oyj since September 2009. He served as the President of Pkc Group Oyj at AEES Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of PKC Group Oyj from March 3, 2008 to April 4, 2012 and also from March 13, 2002 to September 1, 2005. Mr. Suutari served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of PKC Oyj from March 13, 2002 to August 31, 2005. He served as a Member of Corporate Management Team of PKC Group OYJ from January 1, 2002 to April 4, 2012 and served as its Chairman of Executive Board and Member of Executive Board. Mr. Suutari served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Ponsse Oyj from 1994 to 2000 and Kajaani Automatiikka Oy from 1984 to 1996. He has been the Chairman of Componenta UK Ltd. since 2012. He has been the Chairman of Alma Media Oyj since March 2013. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Componenta Oyj. He served as the Chairman of Componenta Corporation from February 23, 2012 to November 16, 2015. He served as the Chairman of Tulikivi Corporation since August 23, 2013. He served as the Chairman of PKC Group Oyj from September 1, 2005 to April 3, 2008. He has been Deputy Chairman at Componenta Dökümcülük Ticaret ve Sanayi A.S. since April 21, 2016. He served as Vice Chairman of the Board for PKC Group Oyj since April 2012. He has been a Director of Alma Media Oyj since 2005 and JOT Automation Ltd. since February 2, 2017.
