Ever since, there has been no looking back for this impending entity. Mr. Salim has been the driving force behind the growth achieved by UCC in the last six years. He has been a meticulous leader and a director par excellence. His strategic participation in the decision-making process has contributed to building a sustainable growth for the organization. He is a strong relationship builder and has the ability to match the client aspirations to bringing ideas into reality. He has been representing the company in all domains of government, financial, legal and social functions. Managing all the corporate departments from Strategic Business Development to Operations; Mr. Salim has become the most priceless asset for the company. Prior to joining with UCC, Mr. Salim has spearheaded several acclaimed construction groups in GCC. Some of the landmark projects accomplished under his leadership in UAE are Royal Oceanic Tower, Dubai Business Park in Business Bay, Conference Palace Hotel and many refurbishment works spread across the MENA region. Under Mr. Salim’s leadership, UCC has developed several iconic D&B projects that have set a landmark for the company. He brought about a series of transformational transactions that has sharpened the company’s strategic focus and significantly enhanced its service offerings.
