ABOUT ASHER GRINBAUM Mr. Asher Grinbaum has been serving as ICL Acting CEO since September 2016. Mr. Grinbaum joined ICL in 1975 and served in various senior leadership positions including President and Chief Executive Officer of the ICL Fertilizers segment and as a President and Chief Executive Officer of the ICL Industrial Products segment. In his previous position, Mr. Grinbaum served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Grinbaum received a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. from Ben Gurion University. Mr. Grinbaum served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Israel Chemicals Ltd. from January 2008 to July 01, 2016 and also served as its Chief Risk Officer until July 1, 2016. Mr. Grinbaum served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Israel Chemicals Ltd. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of ICL Fertilizers, the Fertilizers segment of Israel Chemicals Ltd. from 2004 to 2007 and its President since 2004. He has been affiliated to Israel Chemicals Ltd. for 32 years and served in a variety of capacities including President of Dead Sea Works and served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ICL Industrial Products until 2003. He serves as Director of ICL Fertilizers Ltd and Rotem Amfert Negev Ltd. He served as Director in ICL subsidiaries: Dead Sea Works Ltd., Dead Sea Bromine Ltd. and Bromine Compounds Ltd. He served as chairman of the management committee of Beersheba Theatre; chairman of Nitzana Youth Village; member of the presidium of the Manufacturers Association; chairman of the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Environmental Society of the Manufacturers Association; chairman of the environment committee of the Manufacturers Association; member of the board of governors of Sami Shamoon College of Engineering. Mr. Grinbaum has BA Degree in Mechanical Engineering and MA in Business Management from Ben Gurion University.
